What's Your Deserted Island Wine?

It's one of the most common "what if" scenarios:  What if you were stranded on a deserted island?

The game assumes that you'd have plenty of water, shelter and the climate (even though some people like me say "desert" island) is moderate enough to survive.

Many people know what music or book they'd want to have for entertainment.  They may know what kind of food they'd like to be available, but what about the wine to wash it down?  If you could only pick one wine to keep thirst at bay, what would it be?

We'll assume that some of us might want to take the world's supply of Petrus or Salon with them, so let's just say we pick a wine in the same style as your ideal wine.
