Food: Cream of Porcini Mushroom Soup with artichoke creme fraiche

Course II

Food: Insalata di Mare with poached mussels, shrimp and calamari in a lemon-balsamic broth with caper berries, olives and blistered tomatoes. Served with a grilled baguette.
