About Atlas (from their website): Experience our World - A globe, a map, an atlas. These serve as our guidepost as we reinterpret flavors, ingredients, textures, and traditions from around the world to create contemporary global cuisine.
Inspired by Chef Elliot Hunt's culinary adventures across six continents, Atlas incorporates striking dishes, modern techniques, and a spirit of adventure to create a restaurant that tells the story of our world through the language of food and hospitality. Their mission is to deliver a dining experience that takes you on a journey, involving all your senses, while setting the standard for service in Northwest Arkansas.
Located in the c. 1923 Ellis Building in downtown Fayetteville, the lounge and dining room showcases antiques, serving pieces, and art objects from around the world to captivating effect. For more information check out their website at http://atlastherestaurant.com.
