Terry Lyons arranged a rare treat for IW&FS members. We were invited to join the Austin Club on their October Hill Country Wine Tour! On Sunday, October 7, we boarded a luxury bus at the Austin Club promptly at 9:15 am to head to the Hill Country for a day of special wine tastings. We visited Duchman Family Winery (http://duchmanwinery.com), Spicewood Vineyards (http://www.spicewoodvineyards.com), Fall Creek Vineyards (http://www.fcv.com), and Pilot KnobVineyard (http://www.pilotknobvineyard.com). A gourmet picnic lunch with Hill Country wines was a special part of the all-day excursion.
