Weston Eidson and Katie Frank  arranged an ourstanding event at Olive and June, an elegant Italian bistro. It is the latest creation of Chef Shawn Cirkiel who founded parkside and who was named by the Austin American Statesman as Austin’s youngest 5-star chef.  We enjoyed a menu designed by him and prepared by Chef de Cuisine Justin Rupp using the finest and freshest, locally available ingredients. The weather cooperated, and we dined al fresco on the third floor balcony as Weston explained the wines and Chef Rupp gave us menu details.
