The Austin Branch celebrated the coming of spring in Austin with a Paulee, an informal traditional French vinyard celebratory dinner at Texas French Bread. TFB often hosts an end-of-the-month Paulee, and in March they devoted the venue to the Austin Branch. We had stellar wines from our cellar that perfectly matched five courses of the freshest local food in Austin that night! I know everyone will agree that it was a very special evening!
