Chris Vrba and Gary Armstrong with owner Cody Taylor planned an Oregon wine dinner at long-time Branch favorite, Cafe Josie. Situated on bustling West 6th, the bistro focuses on using locally sourced ingredients to create innovative and playful dishes in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The special menu planned for the branch certainly lived up to their vision and was very well-paired with famous and boutique Oregon wines. It was hard to find a stand-out dish and pairing--they were all perfect. Many thanks to Chris and Gary for the superb evening.
