The dinner at Eddie V’s was absolutely superb. Each item served was terrific. The service was excellent and the sommelier, Chad (Sully) Sullivan, was the best we have ever had. He provided perfectly matched wines for each course. His explanation of each wine, its region, and history as well as the characteristics we should taste were spot on. The swordfish steak was wonderful as well as the truffled macaroni and cheese. This seafood dinner with wine pairings made for a memorable evening.
