Champagne "Virginie T." 2009 vintage Brut Nature (zero dosage)
Rare Champagne. The vintage 2009 requires no sugar and the taste experience is complete.
Very fine bubbles and the vinous structure of fruits and flowers makes it stand. Brut Nature, zero dosage, the ulHmate experience for a truly great champagne
Crudité tray with dip by Central Market
Sancerre "Le Piton" Pascal Jolivet 2019
The aroma is very expressive of the terroir, being very calcareous and rich in minerals, this can contribute a pithy quality. This develops into a floral flavor, finished with a dash of iodine which makes this wine so rich and refreshing. The elegance of the acidity provides length and structure.
Artisan Cheese Platter by Central Market
Meursault "Les Chevalieres" Matrot 2018
A mineral Meursault white that is rich, fine, and elegant with a great balance. The aromas of mature Chardonnay are balanced with the minerality of the soil. It requires 5-7 years to develop its enHre range of aromas and is a great accompaniment to fish, starters, and white meats. Elegant and fresh with juicy, pure flavors of citrus, pear, and minerals; elegant and perfectly balanced, classic, and long.
Chassagne Montrachet "Les Villages" Delaunay 2019
Chardonnay with. Lovely vanilla and oak integraHon with amazing poise & elegance. White peach, fig and buUer integrate beauHfully for a complete wine. Food paring suggested as salmon, shellfish, or soft cheese.Lemon Dill Salmon by Gustav OKeiff

Pommard Decelle-Villa 2018
This wine is a deep red color with a very expressive nose. It offers an aromaHc palate of well- ripened fruit, including blue berries and red currants, underscored by discreet and smooth oak. A stunning Pinot Noir!
Saint Julien Langoa-Barton 3eme Cru 2010
Langoa Barton has the typical structured, dense style, but it is a much soWer and more developed wine than one ordinarily expects from proprietor Anthony Barton. Full bodied and impressively endowed with subtle oak, rich cassis fruit and notes of new saddle leather, forest floor, cedar wood and spice box. Full, authoritaHve, and dense,
Saint Julien "Le PeTt Lion" Marquis de Las Cases (Leoville) 2018
Try it in its youth aWer a considerable Hme to air. The glass opens to bramble fruit, strawberry, oak, and eucalyptus. Nice lingering finish, great acidity that’s balanced, with jammy fruits on the palate
.Wagu Sirloin Appetizers by Gustav OKeiff
Sauternes Ch. Guiraud 1er Grand Cru 2009
This is a bird of a different feather, with an exoHc, vibrant aroma of toasted coconut, followed by
an almond cream note that gives way to the core of green fig, papaya, Cavaillon melon and
honey. There's stunning richness and mouthfeel, with the power to be one of the longer-lived
wines of the vintage. Very impressive.
