Aba Mediterannean Restaurant

Please join us on October 25, 2022 at Aba Restaurant for the IW&FS-Austin October event at 6 PM.  Aba is located at 1011 South Congress Ave in South Austin.  One of the toughest reservations in town, Aba is a Mediterranean restaurant originating from Chicago's historic Fulton Market District.  Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, incorporates Chef CJ Jacobson's lighter style of cooking with influences from Israel, Lebanon, Turkey and Greece.  The bar program showcases rare Mediterranean-inspired wines and spirits.

Your hosts are Steve and Claudia Reingold, but they say the real credit goes to Helayne and Gus O'Keefe, who had originally contacted Aba about hosting an IW&FS event.  Difficulties with scheduling in August led us to move the Aba event to late October, when we can dine outdoors on their lovely patio.  Helayne and Gus agreed to curate the August event at Total Wine (which was incredible) and Steve and Claudia agreed to curate the Aba event.  Click here to view the menu.  

The total cost per person for the Aba event is $149 per person.  There is covered parking available in the same building as Aba and Aba will give us each a $3 voucher to offset some of the parking fee.
