January Dinner

 For our first dinner of the new year, we returned to one of our favorite french restaurants in Delray, Florida. “Traditions” is a quaint, beautiful, fine dining restaurant with a wonderful staff, incredibly knowledgeable about their wine and food. We additionally enjoyed having the distributer of the evenings wine selections present and graciously lead a discussion of the wines. Along with preparing a most delicious dinner, Chef Eric Heintz, finished the evening with a delightful short piano recital.
