On MONDAY, February 10, The Wine & Food Society of Boston A European Provincial Dinner Lumière Newton 6:00 p.m. 1293 Washington St, Newton Long considered to be one of the finest chefs in New England, and a favorite of ours, Chef Michael Leviton will prepare a customized menu just for the WFSB, drawing from his specialty and favorite type of cuisine ~ provincial food from Europe. Fred Ek, our Program V.P. and Peter Graffman, our Wine Master, will pair this delicious food with wonderful wines appropriate to the menu. You can anticipate many delicious courses and Fred’s and Peter’s usual preference of showcasing more than one wine with some of the courses! Attire: Jacket, tie for men. Gals always know how to dress! Please wear your IWFS medallions.
