Dear IWFS Member,
The IWFS Houston Chapter invites you to a fall dinner on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Charivari Restaurant, 2521 Bagby Street. The dinner will focus on Northern Europe cuisine. Chef Johann Schuster and his wife Maria opened Charivari, which is a French word meaning a “beautiful good mix,” in 1999. Charivari Restaurant Has Been Recognized For Excellence By Zagat Survey With 29 Points For Food. Chef Schuster started his training at the Culinary Institute of Hermanstadt at the age of 14 and later became a chef in some of Europe’s finest restaurants.
We begin the evening with a German sparkling wine and hors d’oeuvres at 6:30 pm followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. The cost of the dinner is $120 for members and $150 for guests. Let us know in advance of any food allergies or sensitivities. Come dressed in business casual.
