Dear IWFS Members,
We invite you to join us for our Annual Business Meeting and an evening of food and wine on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at Le Bistro at Culinary Institute Le Notre, 7070 Allensby Street, Houston, Texas 77022.
The annual meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. in the amphitheater, uniquely suited for these purposes, followed by the sparkling reception. We will move to the restaurant for dinner. If you can only come for the meeting, please let us know. The wine for our second course is from the IWFS chapter cellar. All other wines are donated.
Chef Olivier Burges has prepared an outstanding menu. He has over 20 years of experience that include world-class hotels and upscale restaurants. The chef is of French and Australian citizenship and recently joined The Culinary Institute Le Notre team in 2017.
We must give the restaurant our numbers for dinner by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2018. We can make accommodations for food allergies if notified by that time as well.
The cost is $135 for members and $165 for guests. Dress for the evening is summer chic. We look forward to seeing you there!
