Well, it may be called a "Fish Camp", but don't be fooled by the name! Owned by the creators of one of Jacksonville's best restaurants, Marker 32, Julington Creek Fish Camp concentrates on fresh fish, prepared creatively. In this case, the general manager and his assistant personally caught the fish for this dinner a couple of days before the event off the shores of Jacksonville.
Departing from our usual format, our dinner chairs solicited guests and potential members from a list of frequent diners at Julington Creek Fish Camp by way of Matt, the general manager. A magician was brought in for a little fun. The perfect way to end the weekend and start the week wih great food and wonderful wines giving you just a bit of magic! Not to mention introducing 14 wine & food lovers to The Wine & Food Society of Jacksonville.
