"Welcome to Southern Brazil! Born in the "Pampas", the Southern region of Brazil, Terra Gaucha's concept revolves around "Churrasco", a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat." This from Terra Gaucha's brochure. Members were able to experience a true Brazilian Steak House which uses open flames and authentic Gaucho seasonings on beef, lam, poultry and pork to give us a true Brazilian experience, enjoying until we said "Stop! No More!" Caipirinhas during the reception put us all in the mood.
