The Wine & Food Society of Jacksonville will conduct its first ever Virtual Cooking Class on Saturday, May 2nd. Well known caterer Jamey Evoniuk of Chef's Garden will conduct the class. Menu ingredients will be delivered to members' homes approximately 1 hour prior to class. On the menu is Proscuitto wrapped Buratta with Radichio and Cioppino. Wine suggestions have been made by wine committee member and wine store owner, Jeanne Maron.
