Master award winning wine maker Bion Rice of Artiste Winery in Los Olivos, California discussed his creative blending techniques with members and guests, sharing art that has inspired his wines.

Seared Chilean Sea Bass served over Parmesan Risotto, finished with Blue Curacao Beurre Blanc, infused with house Lemon Butter.

Artiste "Malaguena" Zinfandel and Petit Verdot blend

Fresh Baked Bread Pudding topped with Caramelized Brown Sugar, House Bourbon Sauce finished with a Caramel Pecan Gelato and Whipped Cream
