On Saturday, April 15th, Alan & Joan Harmon arranged a Dinner at San Jose Country Club. The dinner featured American Cuisine ranging from Maryland Crab Cakes and She Crab Soup to Crusted Red Fish, Garlic Buttered Filet and Key Lime Pie. Knowing that Emeril Lagasse was the main inspiration for the menu, we knew it would be terrific. Mid courses, Alan tempted us with an eclectic quiz. The winner was rewarded with wine, of course.
