Jacksonville members were treated to a special dinner created by long time restauranteur and Chef, Pom Souvannasoth on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at his restaurant, Pom's Signature Restaurant. Pom continuously wows his fans with a Thai infused menu consisting of varied world cuisine, combining the freshest ingredients with both traditional and newly inspired dishes. His six course menu did not fail to please, bringing standing ovations at the end of the meal. The only problem of the evening was that Event Chair Carl Davis was hospitalized and unable to attend the dinner. Mark Kallaus stepped in to assist Dwelvin Simmons and Alisia Martin with the wine selections.
