The Puddicombe House is a beautifully restored property in the historic town of New Hamburg, Ontario. We gathered in their recently built function room for a masterful dinner presented by Executive Chef Lance Edwards. We enjoyed wines from Southbrook Vineyards, a certified organic winery and Canada's first certified biodynamic winery.
