A Grand Greek Dinner & Great Greek Wines was our event to take place in September. When the Davis Fire started our good friend's home who was hosting the event found themselves in the path of the fire and our event was canceled. Tom Turner, owner of Gar Woods was able to step up and accommodate us for our event in short notice. So we changed the name to Gar Woods Restaurant to the Rescue, had a silent auction to raise money to help those in need and hosted another great Tahoe lakefront Dinner. Happy to report that those first responders saved the homes of the community and our wonderful friends.
