Bob Dickinson is again hosting the Ship’s Luncheon on their newest vessel (Carnival Breeze). As always this is the premier event of the season. This year is no exception and it appears Bob has out done all past years. The cuisine is phenomenal only to be upstaged by an exquisite pairing of mature French wines, starting with a kilo of caviar matched with vintage 2003 Dom Perignon champagne and progressing through Burgundy, Bordeaux and Southern Rhone. This is an event not to be missed.
