EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Tamarina Restaurant is the newest effort from ZUMA partners Yona and Tunu Puri and Arjun Waney. The gorgeously designed space has been described as one of the best in Miami. /elegant seating areas and bar open to a wraparound terrace, where we will likely have our private space for this Italian Coastal menu.
We will have the 1999 Laurent-Perrier with passed hors d’ oeuvres. At the table will be a Tiger Prawn crudo with the 2000 Domaine de Chevalier Blanc. Lobster Linguine will be accompanied by the 2004 Vincent Giradin Puligny Montrachet Le Caillert. For our Filet Mignon and the following cheese course, we will feature two great iconic reds from a special vintage: 1997 Le Macchiole Bolgheri Superiore Paleo Rosso and the 1997 Ridge Montibello. Let’s see if we can improve Italian-/American relations!
We must limit attendance to 30. Reserve early! Members will have reservation preference through Monday March 16th. Bob Hudson, Jim Eroncig and Chris Zoller are your hosts.
