Pisco y Nazca, the new and top rated Peruvian restaurant, is led by the same team responsible for another of our favorites, Bulla Gastrobar in Coral Gables. Executive Chef Miguel Fernandez leads the culinary team. Chef Fernandez comes to Miami from San Francisco, where he held the position of Chef De Cuisine at Gaston Acurio’s world class Peruvian restaurant La Mar. Raised in Iquitos, Peru, a port city that borders the northern Amazon, Fernandez’s native roots yield a strong connection to the culture and the flavors of the country. To prepare for the opening of Pisco Y Nazca, the entire restaurant team visited Peru and developed a sincere passion and understanding of Peruvian culture and cuisine.
