MIAMI BRANCH CELEBRATES 60TH ANNIVERSARY
On Monday, March 28, 2022, Chef/Proprietor Jan Jorgensen of Two Chefs Restaurant welcomed forty Members of the Miami Branch to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Branch’s Inaugural Dinner (March 28, 1962). In his opening remarks, Chef Jan informed the diners that he had the pleasure of helming memorable dinners for the Branch’s founder, the late Louis C. Skinner, Jr., M.D. Chef enthusiastically took on the challenge of working with the original menu and updating it where appropriate, with delicious results.
Dinner co-hosts Alberto Dosal and Scott Bailey, I.M. (a former Officer and Director of the Branch) presented Chef Jorgensen with a Society Certificate of Appreciation for his long-standing service to the Branch.
