Wine is amazing for a northern region, the Pinot Noir is as good as you can taste anywhere. The setting is fabulous and the boutique
has nothing to envy any of the wineries in California.— Trip Advisor’s rating is 4.5.
What a wonderful day in the countryside. The event included a private luxury coach leaving Montreal at 10 am. We arrived to a great reception and a movie of how they planted the French vines in heated soil - Geothermal gel heating that maintains the soil from absolute freezing during the winter. We enjoyed a guided tour of the vineyards and a private tour of the facilities. Then the fun started with a lively meal and wine tasting get together. The Chef and Sommelier described a perfect late summer "farm to table" and wine pairings from these vineyards.
