A special evening was shared by Montreal 50 members in a new restaurant in Old Montreal before they left for their winter as Snowbirds. Located in a historic building in Old Montreal, Dorsia boasts a modern design with a touch of elegance, warmth, and chic sophistication.
Leading the kitchen is Michelin-trained Chef Miles Pundsack-Poe, who brought us contemporary fine dining with French and Italian influences, featuring impressive signature-sharing dishes. Originally from Ontario, trained in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, including The Restaurant at Meadowood (Napa Valley, CA) and Ensue (Shenzhen, China), before choosing to settle in Montreal to build his life and open Dorsia.
Dorsia blends the refinement of fine dining with a playful spirit, offering great food, outstanding service, and an exceptional atmosphere.
We had a wonderful selection of wine pairings by Private Label Importer Mark Anthony (think Antinori, Stags Leap, Penfolds) and Our Cellar Master Earl.
