Our first function of 2014 was a luncheon on Friday, January 24th, at the charmingly, funky bistro, Dick & Jenny's on Tchoupitoulas Street. A festive Cremant was poured beginning at noon, with lunch served at 12:30. The group was abuzz with excitement about the upcoming Carnival season, especially about marching in the Krewe of Cork! Chapter Sommelier Michelle Dorion expounded on the wines. Of particular interest was the Argentine Torrontes.
