Celebrating February with fabulous food and wine, the Northeast Texas Branch of IWFS will journey to Webb Hill Country Club to feast on food and wine selections inspired by the cuisine of New Orleans. Beginning with Crawfish Fritters and proceeding through Quail Sausage Skewers, French Onion Soup, Roasted Sea Bass with Cream Pecan Sauce and finishing with Drunken Brandy Peach Bread Pudding, the menu promises to be a feast for the palate.
