The Okoboji Branch of the International Wine and Food Society is in the infancy of its development. We are in the 2nd year of our existence and have enlisted around 50 people, individuals and couples to be part of our emerging group. We hold around 5 to 7 events per year with a concentration in the summer months due to our area being a tourist summer environment.Our 3rd event for this year was held at a local restaurant whose owner is the daughter of one of our members. The food food and wine selections were extraordinary and enjoyed by all. Following is our menu and wines which were paired:

Scallop ceviche in a blood orange sauce

Beef tenderloin with a cabernet reduction sauce served with fingerling potatoes and patty pan squash
