Brave souls entered the kitchen at La Cumbre Country Club, donned chef’s attire, and were assigned to a course. With assembled ingredients and recipes in hand, they sliced and pounded, poured and stirred, diced and baked, beat and rolled, and painted and sautéed until a lavish meal was prepared under the tutelage and watchful eye of Chef Eric. And then the best part: Eating it all with wines from member cellars.
