A new experience for our members—the inside story, a kitchen tour and a fine dinner with Chef Taryn Wa of Savoury Chef, a high-end catering and event company specializing in memorable events with unparalleled service and menus featuring the very best fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Savoury Chef has entertained the IW&FS, an array of celebrities, royalty and two former U.S. Presidents, been the exclusive caterer to Cirque Du Soleil tours in Vancouver and Canada Northern House during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.

Our evening will start with Chef Taryn’s experience, how Savoury Chef has grown over the years, together with aspects of marketing, purchasing, cooking, presentation and service followed by a tour of the kitchens. After a short reception we will sit for a three course Modern Asian family style dinner with wines especially selected from our cellar. The evening promises to be fun and informative—we look forward to seeing you at Savoury Chef!
