The Society's May dinner theme was the long awaited Great Wines event that was held at the Matisse Restaurant in DC. Matisse offers delectable French Mediterranean Cuisine. The Chapter's wine committee selected a roster of fabulous matured wines from the Society's cellar including a duo of 1994 & 1998 Chateau Margaux , 1998 Latour , 1998 Mouton and closed the event with a lovely 1996 d'y'quem which all were complemented by the Chef’s creations.
