Our Spring Fling will take place June 14, 2016, at Grapeseed in Bethesda. Chef/owner Jeff Heinemann  is closing the restaurant to accommodate our group.

 We will begin with passed Hors d'oevres and sparkling wine. Our first course is Crispy Skate Wings with a Viognier. The second course is Softshell Crabs with a California Chardonnay. Third course is Stuffed Quails with Foie Gras with a 2005 Latrice Chambertin from our cellar. This will be followed by Wagu Beef with Oxtail Crepinette with a 2003 Beaucastel Chateau-Neuf-du-Pape, also from the society cellar. Dessert will be a Strawberry-Rhubarb tart with coffee or tea. We can handle up to 60 guests, so invite your friends and be prepared for a delicious beginning to the Summer.
