The November dinner will be held at Bistro Bis. Chef Ted Walker promises a great event. There will be added fun in the dinner with blind wine tastings We will have hors d'oeuvres then 3 courses which will be served with 2 wines each, followed by dessert.
We will complete questionnaires about each wine served i.e. varietal, vintage year, nation of origin, cost - "More or Less " than $25 and preference for which wine pairs with the course. No one is expected to be called upon. This is meant to be a fun dinner and learning experience.
