This year's highly anticipated Game Dinner will be held at Corduroy on Tuesday, January 10th. Chef Tom Power has put together an extraordinary menu. We will begin with passed hors d'oeuvres and Pol Roger NV Champagne. The first course will be wild lobster tail served over southern grits, and paired with 2010 Latour Meursault Goutte d'Or from our cellar. This will be followed by wild partridge from Scotland paired with 1998 Calon Segur also from our cellar. The meat course will be venison served with a chestnut puree and a 2007 Bosquet des Papes Chante. Dessert is a tribute to Michel Richard - a recreation of his famous Chocolate Hazelnut Bars. This is going to be an amazing event!
