Our April "Asian Flare" Dinner will be held at The Bombay Club, a long running favorite of previous presidents and other dignitaries. Executive chef Nilesh Singhvi has previously served as executive chef at the five star Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi and has mastered the regional cuisines of Kashmiri, Avadhi South India and Nepal.He has cooked for many dignitaries including A. B. Vajpayee, ex Prime Minister of India, Jacques Chirac, Margaret Thatcher, and George Bush, Sr.
