We strongly suggest that everyone come hungry. Dress code is Business Casual with jackets.
Chef Ris LaCoste prepared the steaks three ways for the tasting and we selected the preparation best in our opinion. Ris has received Honorable Mention from Michelin and is truly among the great Chefs in America.
