Cassia Dinner

Theme Cassia Dinner
Venue Cassia Restaurant
Location 5 Fort Lane, Auckland CBD
Date Jul 06, 2019
Time 19:30

Dear Fellow Members,

Once again our new member, Stephanie Layec, has kindly arranged another interesting dinner at Cassia for us on Saturday, 6th July. This promises to be a fascinating evening when we will experience the skills of an acclaimed chef who has previously been known for his interpretation of modern European style cuisine, as he presents dishes that typify his homeland and which in many cases have hitherto fore not been presented in New Zealand.

At Cassia, Sid Sahrawat marries his creative culinary skills with the traditional dishes he has grown up with in India – classic spice and flavour combinations reworked with contemporary and local New Zealand ingredients.

The menu will consist of a shared selection of entrees, mains and desserts plus a selection of wines selected to match the dishes offered.

Seating is limited to 20 so please reserve immediately to guarantee a place.

I look forward to welcoming you to this event. Please remember to wear your medallions.
