For the last event of this calendar year we are going to experience the delights of the Spanish kitchen.  

Lead by the redoubtable Ferran Adrià an honour-list of multistarred chefs, probably puts Spain at the cutting edge of innovation in the kitchen crafts.  One of these chefs has lent his craft and his name to a restaurant in our city and Chef Sergi Arola will present himself at AROLA, in the J W Marriot Juhu to cook a special meal exclusively for us.

Accompanying Chef Arola's courses, that will be presented in sharing portions, tapas style, your managing committee has lined up a couple of The Iconic wines of Spain, like Vega Sicilia Unico Reserva N/V.

We will commence with the usual glass of sparlking, Cava this time, around the bar at Arola.

On the night, Nihal Kaviratne, Emeritus President of Bombay, was honoured with the André Simon Bronze Medal.
