Dear Fellow Members,

We will be having a Spanish dinner on Thursday, November 25 at Txoko Asador in Legazpi Village. Owned by the same group that runs Bar Pintxos, a Txoko is a Basque society of men who come together to cook and eat. Chef Miguel Vecin has come up with the following menu for us:

This will be in the restaurant's private dining room and will be limited to a maximum of 8 pax. If we cannot get at least 6 pax by Nov. 20, this function will be cancelled. When making your reservation, please send an image of your vaccination card and do not forget to bring your cards with you on the day of the function. This dinner is limited to those who are fully vaccinated.

When: 6:30 PM, Thursday, November 25, 2021

Where: Txoko Asador, Erlag Bldg., 102 Esteban St., Legazpi Village, Makati

Assessment: P 6900.00 for members, P 7200.00 for guests

Attire: Smart Casual

Deadline: Reservations and cancellations should be in by 5 PM, Saturday, Nov 20. If we do not get at least 6 reservations by then, this dinner will be cancelled.

Reservations: Please make your reservations with Alda Navarro at internationalwine.foodsociety@gmail.com. Only 8 pax maximum.

Payment: Please make your cheques payable to any of the 3 named individuals below:

Please make your payments by depositing directly to the Society's account at BPI Bel-Air Polaris Branch C/A 3075-8213-35. Please provide proof of payment by email to Alda with your name clearly written. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO ALSO SEND AN IMAGE OF YOUR VACCINATION CARD. Do not hand any payments to the individuals named above to avoid the inadvertent mixing of personal and Society funds.  We regret that at this time, Alda is unable to accept checks as she is not in Manila regularly.
