The Tanglin Branch of IWFS arranged a pleasurable evening of American wine tasting. Members and guests enjoyed the Privé experience with the excellent cuisine from Privé Restaurant paired with delightful American wines. We were also given a tour of the kitchen to view the Josper grill, a closed-door grill that maintains and enhances the flavour of all fish and meats it cooks
