Season’s greetings to you all! We have a great year planned for you in 2016.
To kick things off, we have organised a fabulous opening lunch at Luxembourg in St Kilda on Sunday February 21.
Luxembourg is the latest restaurant opened by Andrew McConnell who is also owner of Cutler & Co, Cumulus, Moon Under Water and Supernormal. Head Chef and Co-Owner of Luxembourg, Chris Watson, is an exceptional chef with experience as Head Chef at Cutler & Co, Chef at the two Michelin starred Hibiscus in London, as well as Chef at Attica with Ben Shewry. This lunch will show off his exceptional skills which combine classic fare with classic experience. We just love the extremely high quality of the local produce and the clever way he brings it all together in a fabulous bistro style.
Assisting with this event are member Phillip Moraghan of Curly Flat and new member Andrew Spalding. Phillip will show two of his own wines alongside some top Burgundies, and tutor us through these pairings.
