Dear Members,

You are invited to our eagerly awaited AGM dinner at ‘Bellota” on Thursday October 11, 2018.

Cooking for us again is Head Chef Nicky Riemer. Chef Riemer previously headed the kitchens at the Melbourne Wine Room, Langton’s Restaurant & Wine Bar and Union Dining. For our dinner, she promises authentic and well executed dishes that intimate the European sensibility for which the restaurant has become renowned.  

The accomplished team at Bellota are excited to host our members the third year running for our AGM dinner. Elizabeth Peddey and Tracey Dillon as function organisers are working closely with the Bellota team to again pair some stunning wines for our Italian inspired event.

Prior to dinner we will be holding our 2018 AGM (notice attached).  For those interested in attending the Society’s AGM, you are invited to arrive early, at 6:30pm.  Otherwise, see you at 7:15 for a 7:30 sit down.

Please reply by email as soon as possible if you wish to attend. Members and guests  are welcome to join the dinner; Members only for the AGM.  

Our last function, the 85th Anniversary Andre Simon dinner at Stokehouse, was exceptional, with organisers Graeme Edwards and Tim Probert orchestrating a wonderful marriage of wine and food. For those of you who were unable to attend we have attached the menu from the night.
