Once again we are pleased to be going to the Three Gables.
Since moving to England, Vito has enjoyed participating in numerous competitions and in 1993 was delighted to be awarded the “Head Waiter of the Year” by the Caterer Magazine and more recently, the highly acclaimed Master of Culinary Arts.
