Saturday, August 10. The evening will begin at 5:30 with drinks at Pinky Swear, a record and cocktail bar located upstairs in the 1907 Building in historic downtown Rogers, Arkansas. The group will move on to dinner at Heirloom at 6:30.
Heirloom is a tasting menu restaurant hidden within the 1907 Building. The restaurant is tiny - less than 900 square feet including the open kitchen. Dinner in prepared right in the dining room and typically lasts about 2 ½ to 3 hours, give or take. They serve a multi-course prix fix menu 3-4 nights a week. Reservations are released on the 15th of each month at 11 am for the following month’s dates. They fill up quickly, typically within an hour or so of release. Dinner consists of 4-5 full courses as well as a handful of snack courses that make up their 7-10 course menu. For an added charge, they also offer wine pairings in various price tiers as well as wine by the glass or bottle, beer, cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. This would be different than most events in that, beyond informing Heirloom of any known food allergies, we have no input in the menu and prices will vary by diner, depending on individual drink selections. The current price for just dinner is $135 per person plus tax and gratuity. That price includes the full tasting menu – whatever the chef is serving the night we are there.
Unfortunately, this is a small venue, and we were only allotted 10 seats. If you are interested in attending, but missed the announcement, you can sign up for the waiting list in the event of a cancellation.
