Hosts Judy and Lee Forker, along with Fred Ek are selecting wines from Fred’s and Lee’s fantastic cellars and Chef Bruce is preparing a magnificent six-course dinner and Champagne Reception to pair with them. Several of the courses will feature more than one of these beautiful wines!
This is a banner year for Chef Bruce who is celebrating the publication of his long-awaited cook book Chef Daniel Bruce Simply New England: Seasonal Recipes That Celebrate Land and Sea plus this is the 25th Anniversary of his Boston Wine Expo! Chef Bruce wants to share his good fortunes with us as loyal fans of his and is pulling out all of the stops for us! In addition to the magnificent repast, Chef Bruce will be disclosing some of the fabulous tips from his book when he addresses our group at the dinner and he will also be on hand to autograph copies. (The release date is November 12. Books will be available to purchase at the event.)
