An evening of fantastic canapés, champagne, caviar and more in a beautiful setting.
We are going to drink six “grower’s champagnes”, champagnes made by farmers/families from grapes harvested from their own vineyards. These wines cover the typical champagne styles (blends, blancs de blancs and blancs de noirs):
Alfred Gratien, Cuvee Classique Brut
Champagne Paul Bara, Brut Reserve
Champagne Vilmart, Grand Cellier
Champagne Pierre Peters Cuvée de Réserve Blancs de Blancs - Grand Cru
Champagne Guy Larmandier, Cramant Blancs de Blancs - Grand Cru
Champagne Lahaye Cuvee Prestige Blancs de Noirs
in the Along with beef tenderloin, foie gras, salmon and herring, we will be featuring the following caviar:
Iranian Karaburun Ossetra (acipenser persicus)
Russian Sevruga (acipenser stellatus)
American Siberian (acipenser baerii)
There will also be several chilled vodkas for those who wish to enjoy “Russian style”.
