The Annual General Meeting of the Grand Cayman Branch took place on at the Brasserie Restaurant on Tuesday 29 October, 2013. Directors of the Branch were re-elected for the coming year, and financial accounts were presented and approved. The social calendar for the next season was announced including the upcoming Christmas event at the home of Gaye Randolph, our annual Bordeaux dinner in February, a Spanish wine dinner in March at Agua, and an Italian wine dinner in April. The Wine Company, which oversees our wine cellar, also presented their accounts and directors were re-elected. New members Andreas Haug, Sloane Rhulen , and Kadi Merren attended the meeting and were presented their Certificates by our President Tessa Johnson-Bodden. Members who wished to stay on for dinner following the meeting were invited to make a reservation with the Restaurant.
Cellar "bin end" wines were made available to members duriing the meeting along with a selection of canapés provided free of charge.
